Basic information of precast beam yards includes line information, factory area information, production process information, precast beam information, etc. Basic information is the foundation of production management. Setting basic information such as lines, pedestals, processes, beam types, girder erection plans, and beam manufacturing plans in the platform is a prerequisite for realizing information-based production in beam yards.





By setting girder erection and beam manufacturing plans in the platform, during later production management, the system can verify the actual production progress of beams against the planned production progress to understand whether the current production progress will cause delays to line production and conduct progress analysis. Management personnel can grasp the overall progress in real-time and assist in scientific decision-making.




Beam production process is managed in detail through processes: PC-side sets the production processes for beams, and mobile scanning of beam QR codes allows viewing relevant information and directly filling in current process information on mobile. Rigorous filling and peer confirmation ensure real-time synchronized display.

Through on-site information filled by users, the platform allows direct viewing of on-site production status, pedestal usage, and occupancy information from multiple perspectives including 3D, 2D, and mobile terminals, facilitating managers to coordinate on-site operations and make better production arrangement decisions.

Based on the overall beam manufacturing plan and bill of quantities information for various beam types, the system can automatically summarize the required quantities of personnel, materials, and machinery for production on a monthly basis. It can compare with actual consumption of personnel, materials, and machinery generated during subsequent production, automatically analyze differences between plan and actual, and guide production management.

The platform provides information-based management throughout the beam production process. Processes are the core of production management. The system provides functions for process filling and process inspection, and can also manage quality issues during production with closed-loop control. On-site personnel manage beam production tasks through mobile phones, scan QR codes for beams requiring production, fill in process information (process templates are set in basic information in advance), and processes flow automatically, enabling intelligent production.


The platform can automatically summarize process data filled by users, generate standard-format production records (such as precast records, beam storage records, girder erection records, etc.) and various reports (such as production daily reports, monthly reports, weekly reports, production statistics, etc.), and export reports with one click.



The Smart Beam Yard Production Management System is based on IoT components provided by the cloud platform and can connect with third-party systems and monitoring devices. Currently, the main third-party systems connected include: automated steel bar processing systems, intelligent concrete construction control systems, intelligent tensioning, intelligent grouting, intelligent curing, and monitoring systems.




After data collected by the platform and progress information, video monitoring, quality and safety issues, equipment monitoring data generated by on-site equipment are connected, they can all be displayed on the smart beam yard management center large screen. Through various methods such as pie charts and bar charts, administrators can view and obtain information.
